The rooms are a good size and functional, with a kitchen. The location is amazing, close to the boardwalk, nearby liquor store, and various beaches, restaurants. The owners are also nearby.

I wish the room would of had a coffee machine for us early risers as the front desk was not available until 8 AM.

Pool area was very dirty.cigarette butts on the ground everyplace. Mattress stained & worn out. Overall condition of premises rundown. A/c units rusted out. Carpets frayed/torn would not ever!! Book this motel again.

Although the decor was dated, everything was very clean from the room itself to the pool & restaurant. Great happy hour and breakfast was reasonable and good.
If I had to pick something it would be the tv in our room, which was old had a very bad picture. And the WiFi was not the best. Other than that it was fine.
